Two differences:

The manual says caster should be -1 1/4 to -3 1/4 degrees but with radial tires it should be about +1 degree. This is needed because the "patch" (the area in contact with the road) will be different for radial tires as opposed to bias ply. Also, zero to 1/16" toe-in for radials.
