To install a post '63 cam in an early engine, remove the two small cup plugs on either side of the front cam bearing, thread the holes with a 7/16-NC tap, and use:

Thrust plate (C3AZ-6269-A)
2 X #4 Phillips 7/16 UNC screws
Spacer (C8AZ-6265-A)
Crank sprocket gear (C4AZ-6306-A)
Narrower cam sprocket gear (C3AZ-6265-A)
Timing chain (B8A-6268-A)
Timing gear key (7357-S)
